Property Litigation Lawyer

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or FILEX, with at least 2 years’ fee-earning experience within Property Litigation, both residential and commercial.

Your day-to-day duties will consist of a mixed variety of cases, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant matters. You will be representing individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant.

Knowledge and experience of Employment Law would also be advantageous.
